General conditions
We are open and willing to design and shape the dreams of everyone, but reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.
Accuracy, completeness and timelines of information
We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. This site may contain certain historical information. Historical information, necessarily, is not current and is provided for your reference only. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service. Kenshō have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our designs that appear on our website. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

All proposals and quotations are valid until 30 days after these are sent out to the requesting party. All prices are exclusive tax, transport costs and necissities that needs to be purchased to complete the project (like software, subscriptions, design elements, fonts etc.). Before projects take of a 50% deposit is required to let both parties commit to the project. The prices mentioned on the Kenshō proposals, quotations, the website and social media are subjected to interim changes and typing errors. 

To be of best service to our clients, we need some rest too. That’s why we work with office hours: from monday to friday from 9am – 4pm CET.  Kenshō is willing to take on urgent request outside of the office hours but these activities will be charged differently based on the hourly rate:
150%:  weekdays 6am – 9am, 8pm-10pm (CET)
             weekends 9am – 6pm (CET)
200%:  weekdays 10pm – 6am (CET)
             weekends 7pm – 9am (CET)

Cancellation policy
If you cancel your session/project less than 5 workdays before it is scheduled to take place/ start, you will be subject to a cancellation fee. For sessions a fee will be charged by hours already made for preparation of the session. For projects a 20% project price fee will be charged. To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 5 days prior to your appointment/project.

Courses or programs purchased at the Kenshō website, are not refundable. 

Personal information
Your submission of personal information through the website is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our site, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate. 


Prohibited uses
In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances; (d) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; (e) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability; (f) to submit false or misleading information; (g) to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the Service or of any related website, other websites, or the Internet; (h) to collect or track the personal information of others; (i) to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape; (j) for any obscene or immoral purpose; or (k) to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service or any related website, other websites, or the Internet. Limitation of liability
We are not responsible for indirect losses which happen as a side effect of the main loss or damage and which are not foreseeable by you and us, including but limited to:

Billing and Payment
Projects require a payment in 2 terms: an upfront deposit payment of 50% is required to get started. Projects will take off once the deposit is paid. The other 50% of the payment will be billed after the project is completed, or earlier if you prefer.If you wish to separate the payments in more than 2 terms, feel free to contact with your request.Please note that for Kenshō Memberships, 100% of the payment is required to be paid upfront.
Memberships are paid quarterly by invoice and starts as soon as the quarterly payment is received.Deposits/payments will not be refunded in case of prematurely unsubscriptions or cancellation of a project for any reason. Our prices excludes taxes which will be calculated on the invoice.  Kenshō  offers payments via PayPal or bank transfer. 

Kenshō does not accept any liability for any loss (direct or indirect) as a result of relying on information on the website, in respect of error or omission.All images and media are our own and cannot be used in anyway without our permission. Design and image license agreement 
At Kenshō we want to support businesses, not restrict them and so offer fair image licensing terms to our users and customers. As entrepreneurs, we can all agree that there’s nothing worse when you see your work being used without your consent or in terms that you didn’t originally specify. As a business owner, we know that you value integrity and so we ask all of our users to respectfully uphold the terms and conditions as listed below.Nobody wants to wade through pages of complex legal jargon and worry unnecessarily about what you can and cannot do with our designs and images provided by us. Time is precious and we wouldn’t want you to waste yours. After all, you’ve got important work to do. So, below our design usage terms and conditions below.Your purchase (whether as a member or if you have made a single project/bundle purchase) includes a non-exclusive, limited use Standard License. The following terms apply for all purchases as well as the free photos provided for our clients (identified as ‘users’):

Users/members may:

  • Use images and designs for personal or business use for both online and in print.
  • Edit the images in anyway that you wish – change colours, add filters, crop, overlay the image with text etc. Feel free to get creative.
  • Use the images for your website, social media posts and you don’t need to credit when you do (but if you wish to, that would make us really happy and put a smile in our face).
  • Use the image to create digital products for your business, such as opt-in downloads for your audience like e-books, PDFs, worksheets etc. However, images must be flattened as part of the design (so they can not be extracted) and must not be the main component of the product/download. To clarify, whether free or offered as an End Product for sale, it is not OK to use the images themselves (even if they’ve been edited) as the download.
  • Use the designs and images an unlimited amount of times for personal projects but are limited to use designs and images once for commercial projects.

Users/members may not:

  • Claim the design and image as your own. Kenshō owns the original rights to the image and as a customer you are agreeing to simply use the design and images in the ways outlined in these terms.
  • Re-distribute, sell or lend the designs and images to third parties in any way. A great deal of time and love goes into creating these designs and images especially for our clients and so please do respect us as creators and the work that goes into creating the designs and images.
  • Transfer membership or login credentials to a third party, even if it’s a client, customer, or business partner. If you wish to do this, please get in touch with us directly at so we can handle the request in a proper manner.
  • Use the designs or images to promote or sell other designers, content creators or stock photography products, services or resources because no-one likes false advertising.
  • Use the images to promote illegal activity, pornography or to spread negative messages. Let’s keep things above board and positive.
  • If you violate any of the terms listed above, we have the right to suspend your membership/our partnership with immediate effect.
You may use the image throughout the one project, so long as the deliverable do not allow for the original source file to be extracted.You cannot use our images in website themes or design templates that you intend to sell. This would mean that our images would be redistributed and so if you would like to do that, you’ll need to get in touch to discuss Extended License options.

1. Collection and use of personal data
1.1 General
You may provide us with information by filling in forms on our website or by corresponding with us by phone, email, using our platform, or otherwise. This includes information you provide when you register on our website, send us a request, contact us, enter into a contract
for the supply of services, enter a competition, promotion or survey and when you report a problem with our site. The personal information you provide may include your name, address, email address and phone number necessary to enable us to provide you with our services or

Kensho logs the chat conversations of its social media channels exclusively for quality purposes and will not share this with or sell this to third parties. Do not enter privacy sensitive personal data via social media channels.

1. technical information, including the type of device you use, a unique device identifier (for example, the MAC address of the Device’s wireless network interface or the mobile phone number used by the Device), mobile network information, your mobile operating system, time zone setting, your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses (the “Device Information”);

We may disclose some or all of the data we collect from you when you use the site and/or the services to the following third parties:
• other members of our group of companies;
• third parties only to the extent to ensure the usability of our services and within the scope of the contract we have with you.
Your personal data will therefore not be passed to any further third parties without your explicit permission, unless this is necessary to provide the service or complete the contract.

3. Data integrity and security
We employ our best efforts to maintain full reliability, accuracy, completeness and currency of all Personal Data in our databases and to protect the privacy and security of our databases.

As soon as we receive a possible written request from you, we will enquirer about your identity to make sure we are not divulging your Personal Data to anybody else and we proceed then to disclose to you the Personal Data we hold about you. We store your personal information within the European Economic Area.

7. How long we store your Personal Information
Kensho retains personal data for 18 months after the end of the service, after this period all personal data will be destroyed. Financial data, more specifically information on the transactions you perform, is stored according to the fiscal term of seven (7) years and subsequently destroyed.

8. Data collection by the use of Google Analytics
Our website utilizes Google Analytics, a web analysis service. Both Google and Google Analytics use so-called “cookies”. Google Analytics collects information on your operating system, browser, IP address, the previous website visited (Referrer URL) and the date and time you visited our website. Google uses this information to analyse your use of our website, to compile reports on website activity for website operators and provide other services associated with website use and internet use. Google passes this information onto third parties where this is statutorily prescribed or where third parties process this data on behalf of Google. This use is anonymous or uses pseudonyms.

9. Collection and saving of usage data
We collect and store data, such as the date and time of the website access and the page from which you called up our site etc., to optimise our website. This is done anonymously without personally identifying the user of the site.

10. Newsletter & direct marketing
We do not make use of newsletters. If we will in the future, we will operate a strict “opt-in” policy for individuals who are not (yet) customers.
That means if you are not our customer we are not going to send you our newsletter or information unless you have requested to receive this updates from us. In this case, if you wish to order our newsletter, we need confirmation that you are the owner of the stated email address and agree to receipt of the newsletter, as well as your email address. This data is only collected for the purpose of sending you the newsletter and to document our entitlement to do so. This data will not be sold to third parties. Where you are already a customer we will inform you of our new initiatives and products and provide you a simple way to unsubscribe from our newsletter if you decide to.
If, at any time, you wish to be removed from our direct list and do not wish to receive any further information from us you can do so by sending an email to Once this information is received we will immediately remove you from our direct marketing database.
Please do consider that in some cases it is necessary for us to communicate with our customers by email, even if the customer has unsubscribed from the newsletter.
